FI Exhaust Exhaust System For Mini Clubman S F54 FWD 2015-2019

The MINI F54 Cooper S Clubman FWD Fi exhaust pipe (Frequency Intelligent Exhaust) valve exhaust system is made of stainless steel T304, which is second only to medical grade. It uses 3D cutting technology to reduce welding points as much as possible. The welding is purely manual TIG. Welding process is used to achieve high-quality welding strength and unique texture.

The exhaust system is designed based on the original factory configuration scan and measurement, in order to provide 100% bolt fixation, without cutting and damaging the car body, and can go straight up and down, thus reducing the difficulty and time of installation. The middle and rear exhaust systems of specific models can also be decorated with tailpipes in a variety of colors or materials. Please see the introduction of Available related accessories below.

Fi exhausts are designed with valve technology to control the exhaust flow rate, sound volume and improve overall performance. If it is upgraded to use our full-section through system (including the middle and tail sections and high-flow through-passage), the average horsepower performance is expected to increase by 5% to 10%.

When the valve is closed, exhaust gases pass through the tail barrel (muffler barrel), reducing sound waves for a comfortable driving experience. However, when the valve is fully open, maximum flow and performance are achieved, as well as a powerful sports car sound with signature Fi EXHAUST frequencies. Unique acoustics and performance are created individually for each model.
